On a number of occasions, clients have asked us to recruit and manage a large team for them because of their confidence in our ability to run larger one-off projects and our specific expertise in selecting and assessing the right people for the team. We have run these teams efficiently ensuring that permanent staff are put in post and skills transferred as soon as possible, replacing temporary or interim staff hired by us. Our project and programme management skills have meant that project accounting is tight, so you are only paying for what has been delivered to meet your needs.

Generally, clients' projects require only one or two specialists but these specific cases have meant leading teams of between 40 and 65 staff for blue chip clients. Client feedback has been that they have asked us to do this because they felt we could be trusted and were reliable. We always ensure that every member of our team is consistently giving the client excellent value for money.

These projects are initiated via a written brief after a fact-find. We can draft these for you if you do not have the staff or expertise to do so. We then establish the required competencies and capabilities. Where necessary, we will run assessments centres and competency-based interviews. We will develop a project plan for the work to be carried out so that you can have maximum visibility of costs before assigning the work.
