Through a process of positive affirmation, we recognise what is good about the current organisation in the "Where are we now?" stage. In the next stage we jointly develop the necessary strategies for overcoming resistance to change and the "stepping-stone strategies" which will take you to your new position, all the time recognising that these change activities have to be accommodated alongside day-to-day management tasks.
