Team Building
Often we do not think of our own ability to be an effective and engaging team member. We tend to be aware of not fitting into an existing team or of feeling that others are not acting as a team player. Diversity is an issue, which is much bandied about, the definition having a chameleon-like ability to change depending on whose agenda is defining it. Knowing in what way we are diverse is interesting, but it is only in gaining the skill to model the communication style needed by others that we become competent team workers. This means getting out of comfort zone and adapting our own formulation and delivery of messages and crafting our delivery. Through this discomforting learning ladder, we climb to outstanding performance improvement in the team and our individual contributions. This programme can be delivered individually, in half day, one day, a series of 2-days (10 days total over 12-18 months) and 3-day programmes.
