Jill has acted as their client on major change programmes hired for her experience in ensuring value for money, productivity and ability to challenge their methods. She has evaluated tenders for Government procurement.

For the broad range of sectors listed in her CV, Jill has worked on company turnarounds and other change initiatives, run studies on quality improvements, cost-cutting, restructuring, IS Strategy development and implementation, hiring teams, or business process improvements. Standing in for a Director of 5 companies, she championed and designed the culture change for the creation of a new brand of bank across 15 territories and 25 Islands in the Caribbean.
