Jill Dann deploys diverse skills and tools in executive coaching, change management and facilitation where she applies her extensive experience in Emotional Intelligence, having published four books on the subject. Her work has been translated into Simplified Chinese, Spanish, French, Thai and Greek.
Experience
Jill has written for Ashridge Business School for over ten years on a broad variety of business and management topics and assessment of them. Jill has developed innovation and entrepreneurship programmes for in Consultation Limited clients here and abroad. She has led large teams of consultants (40-65) in a number of new business launch scenarios, covering multiple workstreams.
Spanning both hard and soft transformation capabilities needed to establish new organisations; Jill has led aspects of launches of new businesses and the establishment of Government Agencies introducing controlled change working in Australia, Barbados, Germany and NZ as well as the UK and Republic of Ireland. Her focus now is to develop the potential of others to take on such challenging roles themselves. Most of her experience is with fast track individuals or entrepreneurs, or individuals whose untapped potential is the reason for the coaching. Skilled in Executive, Management and staff development, she combines this with her extensive IT experience and the broader psychology-based aspects of managing change for organisational development.
Jill has been an examiner in portfolio, programme and project management plus support roles since 1992. She has chaired the Young Enterprise South Hampshire Area Board and been a Sixth Form College Governor for ten years. She is a regular speaker for professional institutes covering HR, IT, Finance and Coaching topics.
Personal
Jill has been happily married for 24 years having met her husband Derek whilst both were serving in the Royal Navy. Jill worked on sensitive multinational Defence programmes, completing 11 years as an IT specialist WRNS Officer in the USA, UK & around Europe including checking out newly installed systems at sea.
